BCH's Solution Pipeline

BCH's intellectual portfolio produces a amazing variety of devices, that produce specific compounds.  Each compound has a wide-variety of commercial applications.  Compounds can be combined post-production to produce an even more beneficial array of economically viable solutions.  

BCH enjoys a plethora of economic opportunities.  "Whales are best eaten one bite at a time".  "Divide and conquer."  We recognize that monetizing an agricultural compound is vastly different than monetizing a concussion detection solution.  It takes different knowledge bases, skill sets, sales efforts, networking arenas and passions.

Once each compound's ideal commercial applications are identified, specific special purpose entities ("SPEs") are established to license each industry specific application.  This results in a portfolio of SPEs, each of which can then individually and independently focus on it's particular commercial specialty.

BCH has made multi-million dollar investments in scientific personnel, extensive laboratory equipment, ongoing intellectual property expansion, third-party laboratory verifications and production equipment.  For each start-up SPE to independently, reinvent and duplicate such investments would be cost-prohibitive and duplicative.  Our approach is to centralize the broad resources of BCH and make them economically available to each SPE.  Similar to an franchise structure, each SPE is independently managed, while BCH serves as an administrative hub.  This allows the management of each SPE to focus on the sales, marketing and growth activities specific to their individual SPE's business goals.  

Accordingly, each SPE LLC will operate under an exclusive license agreement to geographically utilize BCH compounds as to their SPE's specific commercial application.  BCH will cost-efficiently, centrally manage the ongoing product research & development, human resources, information management, accounting, legal, intellectual property, brand marketing and other common SPE core business requirements.  This minimizes the capital investment needed to fund any particular SPE and maximizes energies that the SPE's management team can use to focus on success.  BCH will manage "the science" and related significant capital investments.  SPE's management needs to understand their SPE's product, not necessary all of the science behind it.  Each SPE's team will independently manage to success.

BCH is actively seeking human resources and funding for many of its individual SPEs.  Funding requirements vary widely, but BCH is seeking entrepreneurial minded management personnel to co-own SPEs, ideally where the management team will have a passion and a background related to commercial needs of that specific SPE.

Each SPE's scope of licensing is broad enough, such that typically any one SPE would often only have to capture 1% of the project market share to enjoy significant economic success.
